Payment Terms

If you cancel a coaching session with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee. Details on cancellation policies are provided during the initial consultation and are also available in the service agreement sent before the first session. We offer various package options, and the terms of each package, including the number of sessions and the scope of services, are clearly defined at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, considering the circumstances and the extent to which services have been rendered.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without our prior written consent. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If we are unable to resolve a dispute through negotiation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Anytown, CA. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration. You acknowledge and agree that by agreeing to arbitration, you are waiving your right to sue in court and have a jury trial. However, this arbitration agreement does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property rights.
